ink still appears after 10 hour: Please make sure that place of
your work is not with high humidity. Pen made to work in regular
office conditions. |

Ink start to disappear faster then you expected: You are using
this pen in very dry conditions. Find room temperature or regular
standard office conditions. |

you arrive from airport and found that ink was leaking: Ink may
leak if the pressure was very high - same as regular pens. Please
re-place your order. |

If
Pen is not writing: All pens are new and we check each pen
before shipping. Please make fast long lines on regular paper - pen
will work. |

you wrote on your hand or paper and will try to smell ink - it will
smell as a gel which contain this disappearing ink pen. If helps pen
to write smooth and keep it fresh and usable for a long period of
time. We do not add any aroma in ink - to make it more real as regular
pen. |
